Entry Requirements
Our Graduate Trainee Programme at RSM Farrell Grant Sparks has the following entry requirements:
- A minimum 2.1 degree in accountancy, finance or business (with core module in accountancy) to qualify for full exemptions from the Chartered Accountants Ireland CAP1 exams
- Applications are also welcome from students who have attained a 2.1 degree and who are pursuing the Professional Diploma in Accounting
Personal qualities
While strong academic credentials are important, we look for motivated and ambitious graduates who can demonstrate an interest in accountancy, an ability to relate to clients, commercial awareness and a commitment to teamwork.
