Declan Taite
Declan Taite is recognised as one of Ireland’s leading insolvency practitioners, with over two decades of experience in some of the most high-profile corporate recovery cases.
He is Head of our Restructuring & Insolvency team at RSM Farrell Grant Sparks, and has advised all of the leading financial institutions in Ireland. His focus in each case is to ensure the survival and continuation of viable businesses and in delivering solutions that are acceptable to all parties.

Declan joined our firm in 1994 from Deloitte. He is a former Chairman of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (UK), and INSOL Europe – the European organisation of insolvency professionals – as well as INSOL International.
He is a regular commentator in the national media and at seminars on corporate recovery. Declan is located at our Dublin office.
