Jenny Irwin
Jenny has over 15 years experience of providing management consulting services to private and public sector clients in Ireland and the UK.
Her areas of expertise include:

Consultancy projects: Examples of his previous assignments include:
- Evaluation of a range of DETI/Invest NI programmes ranging in size from £2M to £63M ( including Business Innovation Training Programme, Strategy/People and Process Supports, Carbon Trust, Sustainable Development, Venture Funds such as Crescent I and II)
- Evaluation of DEL programmes such as the Review of HE Funding and Policy for NI, Evaluation of the Higher Education Innovation Fund, Review of STEM, Review of Widening Participation Supports, Evaluation of DEL funded HE and FE programmes in Northern Ireland and ESF funded programmes supporting the Long Term Unemployed.
- Ex Ante Evaluation of the £87M Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme 2007-13 and various evaluations of DARD funded programmes
- DCAL- Evaluations involving Irish Language, Ulster Scots and Sport NI
- DHSSPSNI- Review of the Investing for Health Strategy and a number of Health Programme Evaluations
- Education- Evaluation of Full Service Schools, Research into Bullying in Schools and investments in Irish Language supports
- Organisation Reviews for the Rivers Agency, the Planning Service and Departments such as Department for Education, Department of the Environment, the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety and Councils across Northern Ireland
Before joining McClure Watters, Jenny headed up the consulting practice for KPMG Consulting (later named BearingPoint). She also has worked in the public sector for LEDU the small business agency and Bombardier Shorts PLC. Jenny has a Masters in Business Administration, a Certified Diploma in Accounts and Finance and an Economics/ Business Degree.
