Niall Rice
Niall Rice is a partner with the Restructuring & Insolvency department at RSM Farrell Grant Sparks.
He leads our NAMA and Independent Business Review (IBR) related services and works closely with banks, developers and small and medium-sized businesses to produce comprehensive and realistic business plans ready for implementation.
Infrastructure and regeneration projects
Niall leads advisory services on major capital, infrastructure and regeneration projects. He has extensive experience in large-scale complex projects, assisting public sector clients as well as debt and equity funders on the opportunities and risk in ventures involving project or long-term finance.
Niall’s previous experience includes advising on the Convention Centre Dublin, Dun Laoghaire Harbour and Grangegorman Development Agency.
RSM in UK
Internationally, he has a close working relationship with our colleagues in the Insolvency and Lender Services team at RSM Tenon, the UK member of the RSM International network.
Niall is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a qualified Project Manager. He is based in our Dublin office.
