Pearse Farrell
Pearse Farrell is a founding partner of RSM Farrell Grant Sparks, and is widely regarded as one of Ireland’s leading experts in restructuring and insolvency.
In the current market, he continues to take a lead adviser role in various formal insolvency assignments. Pearse also acts as appointment taker and his focus is to ensure that the insolvency process maximises the commercial outcome from the relevant trades and assets.
Turnaround strategies
Pearse has acted as receiver / liquidator in over 400 cases in the past 25 years. He has significant experience in advising companies on turnaround strategies and assisting them in overcoming financial and operational difficulties.
Pearse reviews the commercial and strategic aspects of the key recommendations and conclusions made in Independent Business Review (IBR) reports.
He advises on the merits of restructuring proposals and uses his insolvency expertise to ensure that the options are realistic, viable and appropriate. Pearse is located at our Dublin office.
