Property IBR

RSM Farrell Grant Sparks provide IBR’s on property for NAMA,  for non-NAMA banks or for other interested parties.

We ensure there is regular communication with the banks throughout the process, and we provide a detailed report setting out findings, practical recommendations and courses of action.

An expert team

The highly experienced team at RSM Farrell Grant Sparks conducts IBR’s on property that help financial institutions and stakeholders to make decisions on future lending, disposals of business or options such as formal insolvency procedures (liquidation, receivership).

Niall Rice leads our property IBR and related services. He works closely with the banks and ensures that the key issues are identified and project manages the input from the property and financial teams to ensure a quality report is issued for each assignment.
